The Artist Within workshop is a guided journey through line and color. Participants express their inner experience which is awakened by sound and guided meditation. NO ART BACKGROUND NEEDED.

A guided meditation immersed with the sound of crystal singing bowls
Chakra balancing through the healing energy of Reiki
Opening of the senses and calming the mind through sound and meditation
Exploration of line and color using pastels as tools of self-expression
