SESSION 1
5-5:30pm breath work with Krista Little from CitiZEN Mobile Massage 5:30-6pm Nataly Quintero will speak on creative ways to journal and process emotions for healing.
SESSION 2
6:15- 6:45pm Meet Nipa Alon, reiki practitioner, discussing the benefits of reiki, how it works, and a mini group reiki session focused on the chakras. 6:45-7:15pm Aromatic Yin Yoga with Carmen Chicola, owner of Brassy Buddha, guiding passive yoga poses infused with essential oils.
SESSION 3 7:30-8pm Meet Dr. Resende guiding us through breath and acupuncture to help with anxiety and panic attacks. 8-8:30pm with Donna Kass from The Mystic Moon School leading a relaxing sound~bath using the sounds of Tibetan bowls.
