The system of Reiki gifts us with meditations, mantras, mindfulness, and a powerful hands-on healing practice for ourselves and others.Â
Past students have reported such things as increased clarity, deeper connection to Source energy, and expanded self-love and intuition.
Upon completion, students will be certified Level l and ll Reiki Practitioners
The class series includes:
*The Level l and ll Reiki Attunements
*Discussion of the  history and principles of the Reiki system
*The how-to's of both self-Reiki and Reiki for other people, including remotely/from a distance
*Introduction to meditation and mindfulness techniques as well as tips for folding them into daily llife
*Exploration of the bodys energy centers and chakra system
*Access to the anceint Reiki symbols and how to connect with them for additional energetic flow and empowerment
*Introduction to and trust of our intuition and inner knowing
*Practice time and ample time for questions and support
*Reiki manual and certificate of completion
*Ongoing inclusion in a loving and supportive Reiki community
