Parent & Me: Valentine Bhangra Jam

Valentine Bhangra Jam is a high energy, heart centered dance pop up for children ages 5-10 and their grown up. This joyful class introduces families to the vibrant rhythms of Bhangra, a Punjabi folk dance known for its playful jumps, powerful beats, and pure celebration.

Designed as a shared experience, this class invites parents and children to move together, laugh together, and create meaningful Valentine's memories through music and motion. No dance experience needed--just come ready to sweat, smile, and have fun!

Expect upbeat music, simple choreography, and plenty of encouragement as we celebrate love in motion==love for our bodies, our breath, and each other.
