Mindful Munchkins --A FREE POP-UP Kids Yoga Experience
In collaboration with ONO BOWLS
Bring your little ones for a 20 minute yoga adventure designed just for ages 3-7! Mindful Munchkins introduces children to movement, breathing and play through simple yoga poses, a gentle mindful breath, and fun interactive games that spark curiosity and calm.
This pop-up class is completely free, but space is very limited--only 12 lucky children will get to join the magic.
And to make the moment even sweeter, Ono Bowls will be offering 10% off all kids orders during the event!
