Hot Cocoa Bears & Bends

Embark on a delightful journey with our Kids Yoga and Meddy Teddy Bear Adventure! 

In this whimsical workshop, little yogis will stretch and bend alongside their cuddly companions, creating a magical atmosphere of fun and relaxation. As the children engage in playful yoga poses, their teddy bears become part of the adventure, making it a joyful experience for both mind and body.

To add warmth to the winter chill, we'll also indulge in a cozy session of sipping delicious hot cocoa at Casa Gourmet. 

Picture a room filled with giggles, gentle movements, and the soothing aroma of chocolatey bliss. Our hot chocolate breath promotes physical relaxation and nurtures a sense of mindfulness and friendship, as kids bond with their teddy bear buddies in a space filled with warmth and positive energy. Join us for a unique blend of yoga, teddy bear companionship, and the comfort of hot cocoa—it's a recipe for smiles and sweet memories!

Each child will come home with their own hot chocolate mixture to relive the experience at home, as well as, a set of intention mittens as  

keepsake!
