Soul Hikes consist of a moderate pace hike with mindful stops to breathe and practice yoga postures along the way. We will meet at a local location with exact directions given upon registering. Forest bathing and a walking meditation will be offered after a provided lunch with noticeable benefits to our high tech powered culture. You are sure to notice the effects for days to come!
