Destination Yoga

Join us for a day on the farm at the.farm.experience in Howell NJ. This day retreat from the city grind includes a reiki infused yoga session under the big blue sky amongst the farm animals.  This class will bring a smile on your face, allow you to slooow down with breath work led by Krista from CitiZEN Mobile Massage. Puff and frolic with the happy farm animals, wine tasting, farm to table hors d'oeuvres, and chair massage are all included in your experience.  Carmen will place you in gentle yin postures and guide you through transitions that are available to all levels!
