Breathe & Receive: Breathwork + Reiki

Breath work is an active meditation technique that supports clearing the body and nervous system of emotional debris. Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing made up of Universal  Life Force energy that is guided by a Higher Intelligence Reiki promotes harmony and balance, creates deep relaxation, helps to release stress and tension, relieves pain, anxiety and fatigue. In this workshop we combine the benefits of these modalities by beginning with the breath; to free ourselves from the mental/emotional patterns and conditioning that keeps us limited in our lives. After reaching this non-ordinary state of consciousness, you will be guided to simply rest and relax while receiving hand-on Reiki energy healing, anchoring you into your sacred body.
