Breathe & Receive: Breathwork +Reiki

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that supports clearing the body and nervous system of emotional debris. Reiki is a non-invasive evergy healing made up of Universal Life Force energy that is guided by a Higher Intelligence. Reiki promotes harmony and balance, creates deep relaxation, helps to release stress and tension, relieves pain, anxiety and fatigue. In this workshop, we combine the benefits of these modalities to free ourselves from mental and emotional patterns that keep us limited in our lives.
