About the event
Unwind, relax, and immerse yourself in an inspiring and delightful book that is shared by our teachers and community! Â Throughout the summer, our teachers will share quotes from the book that inspired them and journal prompts will be available at the studio to experience your thoughts more fully.
Our book choice, When You Stand Up to the Sun  written by a local author, Deanna Amodea, who after traveling the world over 7 years shares her experiences in a romantic and reflective manner.
We will gather to Meet the Author on Sunday August 18th at 7:30 with a sound healing meditation, q&a sesssion, and hors d'oeuvres provided by Ono Bowls.
This experience is sure to connect you to mind, body, AND an entire community!Â
