About the event
This workshop is led by Krista Little, owner and founder of CitiZEN Mobile Massage. Â It will empower you as you learn tools to activate your lymphatic system to help reduce inflammation, headaches, joint pain and brain fog.
This is an introductory class with beginners welcome.
Bring large water bottle, yoga mat, and. journal (also available for purchase) Tea sip included with journaling time at the end of class.
