• Join 2 wellness speakers in the Vegetable Garden led by wellness experts. Immerse yourself in nature and empower yourself with guided self-care techniques (bring your journal). Select your favorite speakers.
• Roam through the Wellness Market throughout Farm Yoga FEST. Try healing services from IV hydration, massage therapy, to fire cupping and reiki healing. Connect with local holistic vendors with alternative healing tools from CBD products, aromatherapy, anxiety tools, and handmade organic skin care.
• Get creative ANYTIME with craft station, glitter bar and journal corner.
• Nourish your body when you are ready with local food vendors in the picnic area.

12:15-1pm Yin with Intention

 Danielle LaBarbera 45 minute class planting seeds of intention for the darker season.

1:15-2:15pm Finding the Calm Within: A Nervous System Regulation Journey 

Rachel Kraft-Breathwork and Somatic Anxiety Coach  This class teaches how to regulate the nervous system class and integrate somatic movements, tapping, and breathwork.

2:30-3:30  Sound Healing with Reiki 

Melissa Valera owner of Universoul Crystals and Krista Little owner of CitiZEN Mobile Massage Recharge your spirit transitioning into the nurturing fall season, after the overactive summer months.

3:45-4:45pm Kitten Yoga 

 Carmen Chicola owner of Brassy Buddha Yoga Studio Playful yoga flow along with kittens available for adoption!  All levels welcome.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is FREE but limited. Arriving early and carpooling is recommended.

Is this for all levels?

Yes each class is curated for all levels, including beginners.
